The SuperScan Industrial is a presence sensor that uses distance measuring technology to project focused active infrared patterns that can be used for activation, safety and reactivation on large industrial doors, gates, RFID and other industrial applications.

The system includes a door loop, encasing external wiring from the sensor end cap to the controller. A rotating cam is used for the range adjustment of the detection zone while the overall detection zone may be expanded by adding slave modules to the master.

The SuperScan I is available in multiple sizes and utilizes only one SuperScan Master module.

  • 10SSI – SuperScan I, 34-1/2 inch (end cap to end cap) enclosure – for 36 inch doors

  • 10SSI42 – SuperScan I, 42 inch (end cap to end cap) enclosure – for 44 inch doors
  • 10SSI48 – SuperScan I, 48 inch (end cap to end cap) enclosure – for 50+ inch doors
